Generation of updated WebClient application redeploys all files.
Files are not compiled with GENERATE-MD5 option enabled.
File size being written to the .wcv file appears to be 0.
CAUSE:
Bug# 20050302-016
FIX:
Upgrade to 10.0B03 or later.
For the previous versions, the workaround for the problem is to recompile the previous or base version with the GENERATE-MD5 option enabled.
