FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows NT 32 Intel/Windows 2000
SYMPTOM(s):
WebSpeed broker will not start
ERROR: cannot start server. (8100)
admin error response received: 2. (8067)
Timeout while listening for server : java.io.InterruptedIOException: Accept timed out
Can not start broker using ubroker.properties.template as ubroker.properties
Can start WebSpeed broker after setting the initial and minimum instance to 0.
No errors reported in WebSpeed server log file
The _progres is not in the $DLC/bin directory
CAUSE:
The installation is not complete, missing agent executable, this broker can not spawn agents.
FIX:
Uninstall and reinstall proper WebSpeed license
