FIX:
There is no special requirements for the cluster environment for the schema holder residing in the Windows 2003 cluster servers since all the Progress/400 DataServer components are on the AS/400 machine. You can just install Progress Client Networking license 9.1D06 or higher or 9.1E with complete option in each of the cluster servers and and keep the schema holder in the network drive.
