SYMPTOM(s):
AppServer will not start.
asbman -query displays "starting"
asbman -stop displays "null"
CAUSE:
On start up the AppServer had a connection parameter set to connect to a database on startup. The database was not running because the ai files were full.
FIX:
Make certain the database is running before starting an AppServer.
