The progress tables are already created in the oracle database
The oracle package DBMS_STATS exists under the user instance.
CAUSE:
The DBMS_STATS package is being pulled in to the schema holder during the protoora process which has unsupported data type.
FIX:
The workaround is to update the schema holder and not pull the DBMS_STATS package from the oracle during the pre-selection criteria
