FIX:
The complete Report Builder (Design and Runtime) will no longer be distributed as part of the OpenEdge 10 product suite.
The Report Builder Design module will no longer be included in OpenEdge 10 but the Report Builder Runtime Engine will still be present for purposes of backwards compatibility. Therefore it will not be possible to create new reports in OpenEdge 10 with Report Builder, but it will still be possible to run reports created in previous versions of Progress. See solution P19277 for more information on how to use report engine.
