Dynamics Error 132 with multiple instances of an object (for example the same viewer) on a single container.

The error appears several times before the container is displayed
Errors only occur if container is run from the Persistent Cache
The container runs without errors when opened in the AppBuilder and run
CAUSE:
This is a known issue dealing with the persistent cache.
There are no plans to fix this as later Dynamics releases no longer use this feature. It was made obsolete by other performance enhancements.
FIX:
Upgrade to Dynamic 2.1A or later.
Upgrade to OpenEdge 10.0A or later.
