Compile code with GUI Application Compiler looks char mode
When code was compiled using the GUI Application Compiler the
resulting code when run was in character mode.
This happened because in the Application Compiler, under the menu
item Options->Compiler, the V6Frame was set to "Box".
V6Frame should be set to "No" for GUI applications.
