After adding -cpinternal utf-8 and -cpstream utf-8 to the AppServer startup settings, the AppServer no longer writes to the AppServer log file
FIX:
Add the path to the provided utf-8 pf file: %DLC%\prolang\utf\utf8.pf , in the startup settings, instead of listing them individually
