SYMPTOM(s):
Netsetup install fails when shared.ini file not found
<drive>: shared.ini file not found
CAUSE:
The netsetup install reads shortcut data from the ?DLC/shared.ini? file that is created on the server during the core install. The original netsetup install code assumes a mapped drive while determining shortcut information like target, work folder, and icon file
During a install the Progress Installation utility searches the current directory (DLC) for the shared .ini file. If no shared.ini file is found, the installation fails.
The shared.ini file was removed from the DLC directory, causing netsetup to fail.
FIX:
Reinstall Progress.
