WebSpeed broker dies with errors 8100 and 8525
ERROR: cannot start server. (8100)
Exception unbinding broker (not bound) : <brokername> (8525)
Default WebSpeed broker will not start
WebSpeed agents hang in STARTING mode and then broker die
Timeout while listening for server : java.io.InterruptedIOException: Accept timed out
CAUSE:
The typical installation does not install the optional components and the subcomponents of the Progress License. With custom installation, some the optional components and the subcomponents may be missed.
FIX:
Perform the complete installation of Progress 9.1x ProVision Plus.
