ASSIGN <column_VARCHAR2(2000)> = <value_not_null>
DISPLAY column_VARCHAR2(2000) shows "?"
Connection to Oracle via a DataServer (DSV) Broker
DSV Broker not managed as a Unified Broker but started with _probrkr.exe
CAUSE:
The exact cause is unknown at the time of this writing
FIX:
Make sure it is a user with administrator privilege at Operating System (OS) level who starts the DSV Broker, i.e. runs %DLC%\bin\_probrkr.exe
