If you have had the above error and have not removed files from your
machine or attempted to uninstall the failed installation then please

STEPS TO EXPORT YOUR WINDOWS NT REGISTRY
======================================================
1) Select the START button
2) Select the Run option
3) type regedit then hit the Return key or click OK
4) Select the Registry Menu
5) Select Export Registry File....
6) Make sure the ALL radio button is selected
7) Enter the following info in the File name edit section
example c:\progreg
make sure you do not list an extension to the file name.

The registry Export process will automatically append the .reg
extension to the file name.
This will create a progreg.reg file in the main directory of your C:
drive.

Update: JFA (15/12/97):
This is still an issue when installing 8.2B. Investigation to date is
looking like a system dll is not being registered via the installation
process. Bug logged: 97-12-15-003. Workaround is to install 8.2A
first and then install 8.2B.
