SYMPTOM(s):
Installing new version of application as encrypted code
Compiling all encrypted sources
Running new compiled application
Invalid version, <version> (expected <version>) in object file <file-name>. (2888)
Invalid version, <820> (expected <908>) in object file <program.r>. (2888)
One Progress version only on the new production machine
CAUSE:
The wrong directory was copied/paste from installer's laptop to new production machine, program.r from version 8.3A was installed
FIX:
1. Remove all .r files installed earlier for the application or resulting from a compilation
2. Re-install all the encrypted files for the application
3. Make sure there are no .r file at any other place than under %DLC% (or $DLC)
3. Compile all encrypted files
