SYMPTOM(s):
Fathom AdminServer does not start after running fmconfig -enable
No SonicMQDB subdirectory created under $Fathominstalldir/SonicMQ
_uninstall.sh and _uninstall.bat are missing from the $Fathominstalldir/SonicMQ directory
A $Fathominstalldir/SonicMQ/Certs directory exists.
Fmconfig -enable -debug output shows no Sonic Database tables are created
compat-libstdc++-296-2.96-132.7.2.i386.rpm is installed
CAUSE:
RedHat Linux 4 install not configured completely.
FIX:
1) Make sure all options are chosen during install of OS.
2) Apply all required compat-libstdc files and patches.
3) Re-run Progress and Fathom Installations
