Actuate 2.010b and inner/outer joins and Progress versions
There is a bug in Actuate 2.010b when trying to design a report which
uses a combination of inner and outer joins in the same query.
This is a known issue which is being addressed in a future release.
For workaround see Kbase 17018, which shows how to override the SQL
generated by Actuate with the SQL that Progress expects.
This will work for Progress Databases versions 8 and higher since
outer joins was not supported in v7 and lower databases.
