FIX:
This is not possible via Report Builder alone. Report Builder does not save any settings from the printer properties dialog box (Report > Print Setup).
The only settings saved by Report Builder are those from the Page Layout dialog box (Properties > Page Layout) and the Print dialog box (Report > Print).
The only way to ensure that Report Builder uses the options available in the Printing Preferences of a printer is to set them at a system-level (making them the default for all print jobs) before printing the report.
Report Builder will then adopt the printer settings configured for the driver.
