Startup parameters:
-cpinternal UTF-8
-cpstream 1252
Special characters like umlauts are lost if used in filenames
Input STREAM astream OS-DIR ("adir") CONVERT SOURCE 1252 TARGET UTF-8
returns the umlauts only if using -cpstream UTF-8
