The proserve command is not found
'proserve' is not recognized as an internal or external command
Can not start a database.
proserve does not exist in %DLC%/bin
CAUSE:
There is no Progress Database Product installed
FIX:
Install the Progress Workgroup or Enterprise RDBMS product to use the "proserve" command to start a database. Contact your sales representative to determine which product best fits your application needs.
