GOAL:
Can you specify the maximum amount of time a request can execute on the AppServer?
FIX:
No. The AppServer is designed to run 4GL programs however long they take to run. The only timeout for AppServer requests is at the broker level and its purpose is to define how long a pending request is queued up (waiting for a server to execute to become available) before the request is terminated.
