Within the Progress Explorer tool expand the Databases folder -> expand the database info by clicking at the plus sign in front of of the green cylinder before your database name -> expand the Configurations same way -> expand the database configuration e.g. the defaultConfiguration and right mouse click on the server group defined i.e. defaultServerGroup -> choose properties from the popup menu and fill within the textfields under Ports the values for Maximum dynamic port and Minimum dynamic port.
The AdminService will write these settings into the appropriate server group section of the conmgr.properties file.
