Apache log shows (11)Resource temporarily unavailable: couldn't spawn child process error message
CAUSE:
OS kernel parameters are set too low
FIX:
Increase (via sam) max_threads_proc, maxfiles and maxfiles_lim to at least 2048 (YMMV) and reboot the machine.
