Error when attempting to display a report with the Report Builder Runtime Engine
Cannot open status file
Using the PrintRB interface to launch the Runtime Engine
Error does not occur on all PCs
Error occurs for every report on the affected PCs
Status file is written to different locations on different PCs
CHANGE:
PC has been replaced/upgraded
CAUSE:
Application contains code that accessed the TMP environment variable and used the value to set the location where the Runtime Engine status file was to be stored. On the newer PC, the TMP environment variable was set to a different location to that of the previous PC.
FIX:
Ensure that the location to where the Runtime Engine status file is to be written is accessible
