SYMPTOM(s):
Scroll bars appear on Appbuilder when started
Client display set to 1600 x 1200 screen resolution.
High screen resolution causes scroll bars in the Appbuilder.
CAUSE:
This is a Microsoft Windows problem.
FIX:
Apply XP service pack 2 to resolve the problem.
