The Server IP address is changed
The new IP address is entered in the server's hosts file
CAUSE:
The IP address is not changed in the Domain Name Server (DNS) to reflect to the new IP address for the Server
FIX:
Change the IP address on the DNS to reflect the new IP address in order to make it in sync with the Server's hosts file
