FACT(s) (Environment):

SYMPTOM(s):
Cannot Delete kit database in Translation Manager
TranMan kit database is never deleted with the Remove option on the Kit tab.
The kit .lg and .lk files are deleted, but the other files remain.
CAUSE:
The Kit database has been started in multi user mode.
FIX:
The kit database should not be started in multi user mode. This is why the delete is failing. Stop the broker for the kit database and the delete will work.
