The MonthlyCompaction.out job log file repeats itself
with the following log lines::
Starting data compaction for nosrv017 ...
Archiving Locked - cannot be run more than one at a time
Ending data compaction for nosrv017
CAUSE:
This issue is investigated by development.
FIX:
WORKAROUND:
Restore the Fathom trend database with the shipped and empty
version of your trend database.
