SYMPTOM(s):
PROBKUP prompts "Please enter next device/file name or type 'quit' to exit" during backup process
Database larger than 2GB.
Attempting to backup database to a single file
Disk has enough space available for backup
File ulimit is set to unlimited
CAUSE:
File exceeds maximum allowed size for the filesystem hosting the single backup file.
FIX:
You must enable the filesystem to support files larger than 2GB. The exact command for doing this depends on your UNIX flavor, so please speak to your system administrator and/or to a UNIX expert
