FIX:
To change the number of users do the following:
1. Choose the Progress Setup icon from your Progress group. A startup box will appear and will be followed by a progress dialog box.
2. Enter your company name, serial number, release number, and the control number Progress supplies when you upgrade your license.
A box appears with the old and new user counts.
3. Select ok. The Product Confirmation Data box appears.
4. Select the DONE button.
