SYMPTOM(s):
WTA: WebWrite() failed during npp_send with error: size: sentbytes retrycount . (6404)
WTA: WebWrite() failed during npp_send with error: -70 size: 8232 sentbytes 0 retrycount 4. (6404)
Database is accessed through a WAN.
Webspeed page does not return. Only a white screen is displayed.
Increasing the maxSrvrInstance or/and requestTimeout values does not help.
Increasing the CGI-timeout within Webserver does not help.
Setting the environment variable AGENT_RETRY_VAL=0 in the environment section for the WebSpeed broker does not help.

CAUSE:
The WAN has a very limited bandwidth. The Database server delays to go through the network.
FIX:
Increase the bandwidth of the WAN link or limit the traffic of this link just for the DB connection.
