GOAL:
How to prevent unauthorized users from accessing the database?
FIX:
The database security can be turned on to prevent unwanted users from accessing the database. It will require all users to enter a username and password when connecting to the database.
To enable security use the Data Administration Tool:
Select Admin -> Security menu. Adding a user through the "Edit User List" turns on security.
