CHANGE:
Upgraded from CorVu 4.x to 5.0.
CAUSE:
CorVu 5.0 bug.
FIX:
Install CorVu patch 5.01.307.

A login and password are required; it may be necessary to obtain these from CorVu.
A workaround is to drag the QRP to Data Sources in the navigation panel - this will display the dynamart 'under' the report, then you can Export the dynamart. Or, better still, Publish the QRP to HTML using the Publish toolbar button, then use Excel or Word to open the HMTL file.
