Application compiled on Windows 2000 with Progress 10.0B02 installed
Copied application to a Windows XP box with 10.0B installed
CAUSE:
The dataextapi.p was not present in the 10.0B FCS of Progress, it was introduced in 10.0B02
FIX:
Apply service pack 10.0B02 to the Progress installation on the XP box
