Roundtable How to remove user lock on object
To remove a user lock on an object use:
->File
->Unlock Object
If RTB complains about locking problems for records belonging to that
object, then perhaps the Progress server for the RTB repository
database is maintaining a phantom lock on one of those records.
If that appears to be the case then the only sure way to clear the
Progress phantom lock will be to shutdown the database and restart the
Progress server for the database.
