Cannot start database after reboot
System was rebooted due to non-progress issue
** The database <file-name> is in use in multi-user mode. (276)
CAUSE:
The database lk file is still present
FIX:
Remove the <dbase>.lk file and restart the database.
Database will go through crash recovery and come up.
