Parent window has multiple child windows which are parented to it
When parent window is minimized and restored the child windows will randomly disappear

CAUSE:
Bug# 20050516-027
CAUSE:
Windows was sometimes not sending the proper notification event when a window was restored
FIX:
For OpenEdge 10.0x, upgrade to 10.0B03 or higher.
For Progress 9.1x, upgrade to 9.1E02 or later.
