Silent install of 9.1E01 Service Pack doesn't report failure.
Service Pack is not installed.

Bug# OE00116066
FIX:
Upgrade to Progress 9.1E02 or later release.
Workaround:
Use the interactive install for the 9.1E01 Service Pack.
