Error if using 2 diff actuate sessions and same .rol
DRAFT COPY - Currently under review and edit.
Users cannot share the same .rol library file in actuate, they must
use their own copy. The sys admins should make sure this is read
-only if they do not want users to make changes to the library.
The error received if a second .rod is opened in a separate developer
workbench session is: Failed to open module: path_to_rod. Once the
rod is closed in the first actuate session that uses it, the second
session may then use it. Best to have a copy of the rol for each user
This may work if the directory the .rol is in on the server machine is
given the attribute READ ONLY.
