CAUSE:
The database resource in question is only trending the index usage once every 288 polls. By default, the polling interval for databases is every 5 minutes. This translates to once a day. If database was rebooted in before the poll is taken, then there is no data to report on.
FIX:
Edit the monitoring plan for the database resource in question. Choose the Edit button. Then choose the Advanced Settings button. Adjust the polling interval for Trend Db_IndexStat and Trend Db_TableStat to trend with fewer polls.
