SYMPTOM(s):
Can not turn the logging off for the CGIIP messenger
For each transaction, the following message appears in the msgr.log file:
No entry types are activated.
FACT(s) (Environment):
The logging level of the CGIIP messenger is set to 'None'
logginglevel=0 in the ubroker.properties file
This is not a problem for earlier Progress 9.x Versions.
