NetSetup fails when copying dll and ocx files.
Process Monitor used to observe last file operation by NetSetup.
FACT(s) (Environment):
Windows
Progress 8.x
Progress 9.x
OpenEdge 10.x
CAUSE:
One or more of the DLL or OCX files that is being updated during the NetSetup in the %windir%\system32 is currently set to read-only which is preventing the NetSetup from completing the update.
FIX:
Recursively find all files with extensions of .dll or .ocx within the %windir%\system32 and make sure they are not listed as read-only files.
