CAUSE:
Bug# OE00115122
CAUSE:
A dynamic buffer defined and its widget-pool is not deleted prior to disconnection from Oracle
FIX:
For Version 9 upgrade to 9.1E02 or higher or for Release 10 upgrade to 10.0B03 or higher.
If it is not possible to upgrade than a workaround is to delete all widget-pools that are created before disconnecting from the Oracle Database.
