You have attempted to connect to a database with too many users connected to it. Retry the connection later, or increase -n on the server. (5291)
Increasing -n parameter does not help
FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
One or more databases has low value -n parameter for the number of connection
FIX:
Review each one of the databases connected where started with the appropriate -n parameter. Using Promon, go to option 6 and check "Maximum number of users (-n)".
Once you locate the database that need more user connected increate -n parameter restarting the database.
