Webclient update not properly updating procedure libraries
Procedure libraries are touched, but contents not updated.
Using WebClient version 9.1D09
FACT(s) (Environment):

CAUSE:
Procedure libraries contained a file which had spaces within the file name.
CAUSE:
Bug# OE00107366
CAUSE:
Webclient application is not replace all rcode in .pl files.
FIX:
Upgrade WebClient to version 9.1E or 10.0B.
As a workaround, remove the spaces from within the file name of the r-code within the procedure library.
Modify any .ini files or code which has explicit references to the procedure if necessary.
