No, the TOOLTIP Attribute is not supported for BROWSE COLUMNS at this time. The TOOLTIP Attribute is supported for the following widgets ONLY: BROWSE, BUTTON, COMBO-BOX, EDITOR, FILL-IN, IMAGE, RADIO-SET, RECTANGLE, SELECTION-LIST, SLIDER, TEXT, and TOGGLE-BOX.
