Error seems to be random
Using any Isolation Level other than READ UNCOMMITTED
CAUSE:
There is another session locking the record
FIX:
Under the ODBC Progress SQL-92 Driver Setup > Advanced tab, ensure that the Default Isolation Level is set to READ UNCOMMITTED.
