CAUSE:
Bug# 20030718-002
CAUSE:
The override format is not seen in instance property of lookup, although it seems to be taken into account at runtime in concerned SDV and lookup browse and it is seen in the Repository Object Maintenance tool as an instance property of the Dyn Lookup for concerned SDV.
It has been reported that sometimes, the override was completely lost at the instance level and that it was necessary to resynchronise the instance with the master in order to solve it.
FIX:
Upgrade to Dynamics 2.1B, OpenEdge 10.0B02 or later release
