prodoc.pl does not have all the h-* example files
CAUSE:
The 10.0A prodoc.pl library is incomplete
FIX:
The 10.0B prodoc.pl library does contain all the example codes. Only the 10.0A prodoc.pl library is incomplete.
Either take the examples from a 10.0B installation or contact Progress Technical Support and request the 10.0B prodoc.pl library
