WebSpeed messenger error 6019 followed by 5804 with error -65
WebSpeed error from messenger process (6019)
Failed to connect to the specified WebSpeed named service. Verify that the service has been started. Verify the configuration for the service is correct. (5804): Error -65
Distributed configuration where messenger resides on the Windows 2003 with IIS 6 web server
WebSpeed broker and the NameServer are on another machine
The cgiip.wsc script with option 1, communicating directly with the broker, works fine

CAUSE:
Within the ubroker.properties file on the Webserver machine (that contains the WebSpeed messenger):
A wrong IP address is entered for the hostName attribute within the NameServer section
OR
In the Messengers section, selecting the properties for the appropriate messenger (i.e. CGIIP). "Connect using NameServer" is not selected under the Controlling NameServer properties, but the Hostname for the WebSpeed Transaction Server Location is incorrect.
FIX:
Enter correct IP address of the remote machine that contains the NameServer and WebSpeed Transaction Server.
