CAUSE:
nosuid and noexec mount flags applied on the filesystem where progress was installed.
FIX:
Ensure to remove the nosuid and noexec flags from the filesystem where Progress
resides or install Progress on another filesystem that does not use the noexec
and / or noexec flags as mount flags.
